The 2017 event, scheduled for March 25, 2017, will be our thirteenth annual event.
Sponsored by the St. E Alumni Association and the St. E Parent Liaison Group, this activity has become a much anticipated date on our school calendar and is generously supported by members of the St. Elizabeth community and their friends.
As in past years, all funds generated by the auction will be used to provide academic scholarships to deserving students in our community and to allow us to remain on the cutting edge of technology in educating our students and arming them for the challenges of the future.

WHAT IS IT?
The main fundraising event of the school year, sponsored by the St. E Alumni Association & Parent Liaison Group! The evening consists of live and silent auctions, raffles, special chances, “races,” etc.
WHEN & WHERE IS IT?
This year’s event is scheduled for Saturday, March 25, 2017, from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. in the St. E Center. The St. E Center is on the corner of Broom and Cedar Streets, right behind St. Elizabeth Church.
WHAT DOES MY TICKET GET ME?
Definitely a fun evening...including a gourmet buffet with soda, wine, and beer included!
WHAT DO TICKETS COST?
Tickets are $40 for individuals, $70 for couples, and $350 for a reserved table of eight.
WHAT KIND OF PRIZES ARE THERE AND WHERE DO THEY COME FROM?
Staff and volunteers contact local businesses and ask for their support. Businesses traditionally donate cash, product, or services to participate as sponsors. The school also provides prizes...a month of free tuition, a parking spot in the faculty lot for your student who drives to school, various outings with faculty, front row seats and parking at Graduation! There are concert tickets, tickets to sporting events, and a variety of baskets with themes of all kinds.
WHAT DOES THE MONEY RAISED BENEFIT?
The money raised goes to the St. E Scholarship Fund and the St. E Technology Fund.
IS IT TO LATE TO BE A SPONSOR OR DONATE AN ITEM TO BE AUCTIONED OFF?

HOW DO I REGISTER TO ATTEND?
Just contact Kathleen Houghton, director of alumni relations, by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 302-225-8675. We ask that everyone register ahead of time; it makes checking in the evening of the event that much easier.
No tickets are issued. Just check in at the registration table the night of the event and your auction program with your preprinted bidder number becomes your ticket!
Country club casual...no shorts!
Methods of payment for tickets and for purchases at the event are: cash; checks made payable to St. Elizabeth High School Alumni Association; and VISA, MC, Discover and American Express.
